Jan 20th Prompt: Much of this section focuses on Cheryl’s physical exhaustion and discomfort. Describe a moment when your body limited what you could do, and explain what that experience taught you about your mental strength.

 Response: When I first wanted to start taking competitive fights I had to increase my training intensity by a lot. I found that I was physically limited by my cardio a lot. I would gas out and I would struggle to even defend properly. I realized that no matter how strong I am mentally to keep going I needed to have a strong body.
